I wanted to let you kn0w about my experience at Jeep Chrysler Dodge City in Greenwich today. My 2010 Rubicon Wrangler lost an argument with a concrete column in a parking garage. My bumper was broken and needed to be replaced. I phoned Rob in parts and service and he found the part in inventory and told me to come on over. Tom Flanagan got me in and out in a flash and sent me home with a ride from Tony. Tony came back to pick me up about 3 hours later and the car was ready. Truly superb and responsive service and it really exceeded my expectations.
Frank had promised me great service when I bought the car in November and boy was he right. I am so please with your sales and service staff that I will happily recommend you to friends and hope to enjoy a long relationship with you myself.
Thanks again for making my day which started out so sadly for the car into a good one.

I really liked the way the salesperson (Tom DeNaples) explained things to me. As a woman I usually get condenscending salesmen but he did a great job of telling me how the features of the car would be of benefit to me in particular. Very friendly, upbeat and no pressure.

Experience with dealership was great (Friendly, upfront and honest) except that I could not get the price I wanted. I did get a slightly better price at another dealer, but experience during and after my purchase left me with wishing I bought my car here.
Took my new 2012 Jeep here to fix something the dealer where I bought it did not do correctly, they had no complaints and fix’d it on the spot.
Saving a few $’s was not worth it.

I loved working with Christina. She was extremely helpful and informative, and her positive attitude was delightful.
Christina went out of her way to pick me up at the Toyota dealer when I dropped off my old car and stayed late to make sure that I understood all of the features of my Cherokee. She went above and beyond the call of duty.
So far, I am thrilled with the Cherokee. All in all, I would repeat this experience in a heartbeat.
